What is the Key Investment Information Sheet (KIIS)?
The KIIS is a document that contains all the essential information you need to make an informed decision when investing in a project: loan conditions, details of the promoter and the project to be financed, the entity's financial figures and ratios, loan guarantees, etc.
The KIIS is a mandatory document for European crowdfunding platforms in accordance with the European Crowdfunding Regulation.
Each campaign has a KIIS.
